Route Notes
Difficulty Level: Easy to Moderate
Expect a diverse blend of gentle country walking and active coastal hiking. In Tuscany, routes follow rolling dirt tracks (strade bianche), farm lanes, and paved village streets with manageable elevation changes. In Cinque Terre, trails transition to uneven stone steps, narrow cliffside paths, and steeper ascents and descents through terraced vineyards. Daily distances offer flexible options with support vehicle transfers available on key segments, while local trains offer easy options between coastal villages.
