Cycling through Calabria combines tranquil coastal flats with scenic inland ascents, offering a rich variety of riding conditions each day. While taking on the rugged interior brings noticeable elevation gain, the breathtaking sea views and quiet backroads make every pedal stroke worth it. With pre-loaded GPS routes, flexible mileage options, and dedicated van support carrying gear and refreshments, you can freely choose to ride every hill or cruise with an E-bike.

Seaside ropea & The Grand Sila
Enjoy the Grand Sila National Park, who’s first known settlers were the Bruttii, an ancient tribe of shepherds and farmers from the 4th cen. BC. We ride completely around one of the Park’s lush lakes and spend a night in one of the best hotel’s in the Grand Sila Park region.

Weave your way through forgotten mountain villages on sunny terraces to the Ionian Sea where beautiful, vast views open up along the way; one jaw dropping town to another. Magnificent medieval jewels lead to the premier wine region of Calabria. Greek Roots, Coastal Bliss
Pass through the rich and peaceful agricultural lands that sport endless vineyards and citrus trees passing the many hill towns sporting lofty medieval castles on our way to the significant coastal town of Crotone. Explore its significant Norman castle then cruise along the coast to the ancient site of Capo Colonna.

From a charming little hilltop village situated in a high position at the narrowest point of Italy, our hotel controls a view of where just 30 km separate the waters of Ionian Sea from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The two seas are in full view with the Aeolie Islands framed by the smoking plumes of the volcanoes Stromboli and Etna.
