The Maratona Grand Fondo is designed for the avid cyclists who wish to ride the classic renowned passes often used in the Giro d'Italia while engaging in the one day Maratona Grand Fondo. Enrolment for the event is guaranteed and includes a Maratona bike jersey.

Andiamo Adventours has been participating in the Maratona since 1999. Participants in the Fondo are free to select the route best suited to their ability, entirely according to your own judgment. Cyclists older than 65 (sixty five) may only run the shortest courses (55km or 106 km). You can review the maps of the 3 options as profiled on the Map tab.

To prepare for this grand event you have 2 options of Andiamo trips to choose from. Both trips offer you several days of cycling these legendary passes as well as some of the passes not used in the Maratona even. The rides are fully supported with one lead rider and a sag support vehicle. Your only concerns are the epic passes you ride each day before the grand event.

Our fully-equipped van is stocked with beverages, snacks, powders, tubes, CO-2, pumps, tools...to sag rides. Your guides are always accessible throughout the day to assist in any way you may need before, during and after your ride.
